We would appreciate that you spend some time to read the below Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order with us. When an order is made, we will assume you have accepted and agreed to our Terms and Conditions listed below.

MODEL KITS & MODEL NEWS reserves the right to update / amend any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Once an order has been made with us, we will respond within 48 hours to confirm your orders. We seek your understanding TO AVOID ANY CANCELLATION / AMENDMENTS FOR ANY CONFIRMED ORDERS. Please consider carefully on the items, price and quantity before sending your orders to us. If you require to add purchases, same time delivery of all items on top of confirmed / processed items, you may drop us an email and we will process and follow up accordingly.


Products
We only provide original Model Kits and no counterfeit items.


How To Order From Us

Step 1: Email us the Model Kits (Preferable with pictures to ensure that we are searching and providing the item you are looking for) and quantity you require to our email address mk.mn.contactus@gmail.com

Step 2: We will reply via email to you with our best offer. Please also provide us with your contact details if you wish to confirm the orders with us. (Rest assured that all customer's contact details are kept confidential)

Step 3: Upon arrival of items, we will check that the items are in good conditions prior to setting a date for delivery. If items received are defective, we will keep you updated and please allow us some time while we have the items exchanged. 

NOTE: We appreciate your help by not cancelling the request once we have processed your orders. All transactions are CASH ON DELIVERY, therefore you do not have to worry about scams.


Backorder
Backorder items usually takes about 5-8 weeks to arrive. All BO items will be indicated in our reply email to you.
Place an order only if you agree with the waiting period. We do not bear any responsibility if BO item is not delivered to you by your expected delivery date as there may be several reasons for the delay of the items.

Order Policy?

We only accept orders through email. No PM / comments left on our blog or SMS through mobile phone will be entertained.

Payment Mode? Can I Make Bank Transfer?

We only accept cash payment, Cash on Delivery.

Pricing Policy?

Singapore Dollar. (Sign: S$; Code: SGD)

Product Policy?

We will perform checks on the items prior to delivery of the Model Kits.

Exchange Policy?

1 for 1 exchange will only be provided if the items sent to you is incorrect or defected. (As we perform checks prior to delivery, defected parts should not happen other than manufacturing.

Delivery Policy?

Free of Charge. Venue will be almost anywhere in Singapore and in Singapore Only.

Are Our Items Original?

Yes, 100% original. If the items you receive from us are counterfeit, we will bear all cost for 1 to 1 exchange.

Are Items Ready in Stock?

As we do not have a store/office yet, we only have limited Model Kits available. Most of our Model Kits are pre-ordered or otherwise stated.

Are Items Exchangeable?

We regret to inform but NO we will not accept exchange of items once your order has been confirmed / processed.

Welcome to MODEL KITS & MODEL NEWS!

We are a group of Model Kit's enthusiasts gathered to share ideas, skills and most of all the joy of building Model Kits. As we know, Model Kits are barely popular in Singapore and sometimes it is not easy to source for certain kits, especially limited edition kits. Speaking of which, Model Kits may be expensive to some enthusiasts. We have our regular "customers", friends and including parents who make their purchase with us regularly. Thus, we have decided to start this online blog to promote this hobby to a larger population.


Why Shop With Us &What Services Are We Providing?

• We assist to source for Model Kits e.g. Gundam, LBX, Zoids, Transformer, Action Figures, Cars, Armors, etc.
• We provide customization of Model Kits for customers. (Upon modelers available schedule)
• We provide free delivery to your doorstep and/or anywhere which is of convenience to both you and me.
• We will ensure that all items are in good condition before setting a date for delivery to you. (For collectors, please rest assured that we will only check on the external package of the items and not open them up)
• We provide 1 for 1 exchange with no extra cost incurred if items delivered to you were defected which will not happen as we will perform thorough checks prior to delivery of the items.
